Card holders
1. Saffron Walden Loyalty has the right to terminate the scheme without notice.
2. Saffron Walden Loyalty has the right to decline to issue loyalty cards at their discretion.
3. Saffron Walden Loyalty reserve the right to retrieve and/or cancel issued cards at anytime.
4. All Applicants must be 18 or over.
5.The card can only be used at the participating stores and businesses.
6. The Saffron Walden Loyalty Card is NOT a credit, debit or guarantee card.
7. The Saffron Walden Loyalty Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other seasonal or promotional offer in the participating stores and businesses.
8. The Saffron Walden Loyalty Card offers are the responsibility of the businesses offering the discount.
9. Transactions carried out are between each company and their customers; anyone wishing to discuss any aspects of the offer is advised to deal directly with the business concerned. Saffron Walden Loyalty accepts no responsibility or liability for any aspects of these offers.
10. The card remains the property of Saffron Walden Loyalty and mis-use may result in the card being confiscated.
11. Your personal information will not be passed to any third parties in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Outlets
1. Membership is open to independent businesses who have a place of business within ten miles of the Market Square, Saffron Walden. The Saffron Walden Loyalty Committee may in its absolute discretion approve or refuse any application .
2. In the event that the Committee accepts an application for membership the appropriate membership fee shall be immediately due and payable.
3. Membership fees are payable annually. The Saffron Walden Loyalty Committee reserve the right to increase or decrease the annual membership fee charged at any time.
4. A Member may terminate his/her membership by giving notice in writing at any time to the Secretary. The Member shall not be entitled to a refund of any part of the paid subscription.
5. A Member shall automatically cease to be a Member if he or she fails to pay the prescribed subscription within one month of the due date
6. Saffron Walden Loyalty reserve the right to either reject or edit submissions by members to it’s website www.saffronwaldenloyalty.co.uk if, in the view of the Committee, a member’s entry is defamatory, misleading, inaccurate or could bring the Saffron Walden Loyalty Card Scheme in to disrepute.
7. The Saffron Walden Loyalty Committee reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
